The Perfect Ceviche
Ceviche is a flagship dish of Peru, but the ceviche dish has varieties.
Next, I will show you a few!
1. Traditional Ceviche.
This is the traditional ceviche, as we can see it contains cubes of dorado fish, garlic, cooked sweet potato, among other ingredients. Other types of ceviches come out of this dish.
2. Salmon Ceviche.
As we can already see in the name of the dish, in this ceviche the fish (salmon) changes as well as other ingredients such as: fresh mint, pineapple in the form of cubes, and others.
In this dish we add the shrimp, lettuce, filleted red onion, among others.
Wait 30 minutes, and eat!
Eating routine.
I am Jorge, I am 18 years old, as soon as I get up I prepare my breakfast (my cup of milk, two cooked eggs, 2 breads and his ripe silk). Then I prepare my lunch (roast chicken, some stew, salads and your lemon soda or something else). Then I wait for the night to prepare my tea or milk, with two cooked eggs and their bread for dinner. This is my one day eating routine.
